Accommodation

Furness has a mix of accommodation with 347 new ensuite or 192 refurbished standard on offer. The Standard accommodation was refurbished in the Summer of 2011 in time for the 2011-12 academic year and benefits from entirely refitted bedrooms and kitchens. Andrew and Louise are the Furness Residence Officers.

There are nine ‘blocks’ in Furness, and each is represented by members of the JCR who act as ‘block reps’ and will introduce themselves during freshers week:
